Beginning August 1, 2026, you'll notice an updated service menu at Olive Branch Clinical Massage Therapy.

As my practice has grown over the years, I've realized the way I care for my clients has naturally evolved. Most sessions are customized in real time based on what your body needs that day, and I often incorporate a variety of tools and techniques to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

To better reflect the way I actually practice, I've updated my service menu while continuing to offer many of the services you've come to know and enjoy. My goal is to make choosing the right appointment easier while ensuring every session remains personalized to your individual needs.

🧠Why people repeat the same cycle even when they understand it🧠

One of the most frustrating experiences is knowing exactly what you are doing… and still finding yourself doing it again.

Most people assume change comes from understanding.

But understanding alone does not stop a pattern that is happening automatically.

Compulsive coping behaviors are often driven by:
• nervous system responses that activate under stress ⚠️
• emotional pressure that overrides logical thinking 🌊
• learned survival strategies that feel automatic 🔁
• belief patterns that quietly reinforce the cycle 🧠

In those moments, insight is present, but it is not the leading force.

The pattern is.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a structured one-on-one process focused on working with those automatic cycles directly, not just analyzing them.

The work focuses on:
• identifying the exact moment the cycle begins
• understanding what is being activated internally
• building awareness earlier in the process
• practicing new responses over time through structure and repetition

Each session builds on the last, moving from awareness to interruption to new patterns of response.

📖 Scripture is integrated for those who desire a faith-based approach to reflection and renewal.

Change does not usually come from knowing more. It comes from learning how to respond differently in the moment the pattern starts.

🕊️Loss can change more than emotions. It can change how we cope.🕊️

For many people, grief or significant loss does not only bring sadness.

It can also shift how we manage life day to day:
• 😶 emotional numbing or avoidance
• 🧍‍♂️ increased isolation or withdrawal
• 🍷 turning to substances, food, work, or distraction to cope
• 🌫️ difficulty staying present with emotions

Over time, these responses can become patterns rather than temporary reactions.

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a structured, one-on-one process focused specifically on identifying and changing compulsive coping behaviors.

We also need a prenatal client in their 2nd or 3rd trimester on either a Monday or Thursday morning within the next month.
