Everyone together now… “Soooooo biiiiiiig!” 🥹😅

Babies shouldn’t feel like rigid little boards. Their bodies are meant to move, stretch, wiggle, and relax!

In those early weeks and months, babies are doing a LOT of acclimating. We want their nervous systems to have opportunities to settle into “rest and digest” mode, rather than constantly being stuck in a fight-or-flight state.

Gentle chiropractic adjustments and bodywork can help support comfortable movement and relaxation, so your baby can get back to the important things: eating, sleeping, pooping, and snuggling.

If your baby seems unusually tense, uncomfortable, prefers turning their head one direction, or just doesn’t seem to love being moved, it’s worth trusting your mom gut and setting up an appointment at Wayzata Family Chiropractor Drs Lydia Schmidt + Katie Steele!
