So curious….how different was your “intimacy” education to that of Gilead?

How much of your education was constructed around actual intimacy? Around anatomy? What about the physicality and expectation and chemical charge of it? What about your own pleasure?

What story were you taught about one of the most natural, vulnerable, intuitive spaces that we experience?

Will you use this as an opportunity - or another illusion to leave your power unclaimed?

Do you find yourself thinking “I am discerning…except when it comes to ppl…and investments….and what I want in 5 years…and what I think is possible for myself….and what I want for dinner…” 🙃

Do you feel like you have to stay on top of your thoughts and actions or else your “trauma will run the show”? 🔒

Do you FEEL like you set boundaries - ppl just don’t respect them bc they don’t have any themselves? 👀

Do you feel justifiably angry at the abuse you experienced? Are you processing it….or marinating in it? 🥘

Do you tell yourself “time heals all wounds” while twiddling your thumbs and hoping time does the work for you? 🕰️

All of these are old beliefs dictating the outcome of your life. A life you deserve to live and experience to the fullest. A life you get to live once.

Will you rewrite them? Or live the life religion created for you?

I am a HUGE fan of hypnosis for healing. 🧠✨

But I think most of us were taught to associate hypnosis with a swinging pendulum and someone clucking like a chicken...when some of the most powerful conditioning happens quietly, through what we repeatedly see, hear, experience, and are taught to believe.

The stories that become our inner voice can feel like “just who I am” when they were actually learned.
