Untold Vitality offers body contouring, 3D body scans, weight-management consultations, hormone-related services, and wellness services.

❓ What is a 3D body scan?
A 3D body scan provides measurements and visual information that can be used to monitor changes over time.

❓ Is body contouring a weight-loss procedure?
No. Body contouring and weight management are different services. During a consultation, we can explain what each service is designed to do.

❓ What happens during a consultation?
A consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and learn about available options. When medical treatment is involved, a qualified medical provider determines whether a treatment is appropriate.

❓ Do you offer semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Medication options may be available for eligible individuals following an appropriate medical evaluation. Treatment decisions are made by a licensed medical provider.

❓ Do you offer telemedicine?
Telemedicine may be available for certain services, allowing eligible individuals to consult with a licensed medical provider remotely.

❓ Do you offer hormone replacement or testosterone therapy?
Hormone-related services may be available following an appropriate medical evaluation. Eligibility and treatment recommendations are determined by a qualified medical provider.
