Enjoy every moment ❤️

One day, your child will ask to be picked up for the very last time.

The hard part is... you probably won't know it's the last time when it happens.

Hey parent,

It's easy to feel pressure to rush independence. To stop the cuddles. To stop the co-sleeping. To stop carrying them because they're "too old."

But childhood has a way of moving faster than we expect.

One day, they'll tie their own shoes.
One day, they'll fall asleep without needing you nearby.
One day, they'll run ahead instead of reaching for your hand.

And all of those milestones will come naturally.

So if your child still wants to be close to you today, don't worry so much about whether you're doing too much.

Connection is not something children need less of.
It's often what gives them the confidence to grow.

💛 There is no prize for rushing childhood. But there is beauty in being present for it.

Because one day, you'll realize that what felt ordinary was actually something you'll miss forever.

Don’t let anyone tell you your adhd child tween or teen can’t . Tell them to fluff off !!!

She has ADHD. And she is standing on an Olympic podium with a medal around her neck.

Read that again.

A child with ADHD. A brain the world calls distracted.
Too much. Not focused enough. Not disciplined enough.

And yet… there she is.

Alysa Liu didn’t succeed because her ADHD disappeared. She succeeded because she learned how to work with her brain not against it.

“I have ADHD and I love situations that I’m not expecting. It gives me a dopamine rush.”

That dopamine rush? That’s the same brain chemistry your child has.

The brain that seeks novelty.
The brain that thrives under urgency.
The brain that feels everything deeply.
The brain that refuses to quit.

This is why what you say to your child matters so much.

Because when the world says
“You’re not trying hard enough.”
“You’re lazy.”
“You’re not living up to your potential.”

They start to believe it.

But when you say
“I see you.”
“I believe in you.”
“You are capable.”

Everything changes.

ADHD does not mean they can’t. It means their path will look different. And different paths slead to extraordinary places.

Your child is not a problem to fix.
They are a possibility to protect.

Never let anyone convince them otherwise.

Drop a ❤️ in honour of all our amazing adhd kids who ate simply extraordinary
