Enjoy every moment ❤️
One day, your child will ask to be picked up for the very last time.
The hard part is... you probably won't know it's the last time when it happens.
Hey parent,
It's easy to feel pressure to rush independence. To stop the cuddles. To stop the co-sleeping. To stop carrying them because they're "too old."
But childhood has a way of moving faster than we expect.
One day, they'll tie their own shoes.
One day, they'll fall asleep without needing you nearby.
One day, they'll run ahead instead of reaching for your hand.
And all of those milestones will come naturally.
So if your child still wants to be close to you today, don't worry so much about whether you're doing too much.
Connection is not something children need less of.
It's often what gives them the confidence to grow.
💛 There is no prize for rushing childhood. But there is beauty in being present for it.
Because one day, you'll realize that what felt ordinary was actually something you'll miss forever.
