Our Flavors of Fall Event was a huge success! Residents, prospects, and employees enjoyed an array of fall dishes for lunch and dinner. Judging by the smiles on these faces, everything was absolutely delicious!

Grace is a woman of many talents, including singing for the residents during Friday Happy Hours and designing beautiful dishes for our residents and their families. We are so happy to have her join the team!

Last week, bingo was extra exciting as we headed out to the Parker County Senior Center! Our sales manager, Madison, was responsible for calling the numbers, and our residents won big on their first time out! We are excited to head back there again this month.

Weatherford Public Library is one of our favorite outings, and we were lucky enough to discover that they have Book Club stacks to check out. Every Friday morning, we gather to discuss the chapters we have read through the week, the themes and character development as they happen, and any elements that stuck with us during the reading.

Community and family engagement is what makes our Brookdale community so special. We were honored with a visit from C.J. Crawford, whose amazing mother, Jackie, is one of our newest residents. C.J. works at the Weatherford Public Library, and together we rolled up our sleeves for a meaningful project: Rocky, the snake, who is growing rock by rock as members of the community add to him.

Every time we visit the library, we will be able to see pieces of our Brookdale art!
