Soooo never go off scale. Been saying that for years. 6 month update at the age of 42!

My thighs were 22 inches inches each, now 20.5... total 3 inch loss
Hips were a 36, now 30.5.... 5.5 inch loss
Waist was 32, now 27.5.... 4.5 inch loss
Bust was 38, now 35... 3 inch loss

Overall loss 16 inches!!!!!!!
Weight wise im not where I want, inch wise, im very happy 😊
