Maria Eleanor Grega, 57, of Weatherly, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Born in Elkton, Maryland, on June 19, 1968, she was the daughter of Marlene (Wandishion) Clymer and the late Francis Shema, and the stepdaughter of John Clymer.

A graduate of Hazleton High School, Maria developed a strong work ethic early in life working as a local waitress before spending many proud years at the Guild Religious Store in Hazleton. She took immense pride in homemaking, balanced a unique love for hard rock music, and was a deeply devout Franciscan and active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, striving daily to live by the gospel and the examples of St. Francis of Assisi. Above all, she treasured her family, especially her grandson Blake, who affectionately called her "Ba-Ba."

She is survived by her beloved husband, Jerome S. Grega; her daughter, Stephanie Grega-Condrick, and husband Chris; her brother, Francis Shema, and wife Lisa; adored grandson, Blake Condrick.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C.C., 318 Plane Street, Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255. Burial will follow at St. Nicholas R.C.C. Cemetery in Weatherly.

Arrangements are under the care of the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 211 First Street, Weatherly, PA (570) 427-4231.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Maria’s name to Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Seth Bernard Isenberg, 67, died peacefully at home in Weatherly on Sunday, May 24, 2026. He was born May 23, 1959, in Worcester, Massachusetts, the son of Conrad and Eleanor (Bloomfield) Isenberg.

He was a graduate of the University of Hartford, CT, and received an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.

Marketing and sales positions with amusement parks in California and New England were followed by a move to northeast Pennsylvania in 1986, when he became marketing manager for Rocky Glen Amusement Park in Moosic. He met his future wife, Ruth Holder, when he called to place an advertisement for the park in the Triboro Banner, the newspaper she owned in Old Forge.

After their marriage in 1990, Seth and Ruth took on the management of The Journal-Herald in White Haven, and established The Journal of the Pocono Plateau in the western Poconos. Together they owned and operated other publications in northeast Pennsylvania, including the Valley Views, News of the Poconos, and Lake News in Lake Harmony.

For many of those years, he chronicled life in the Poconos in his weekly column, Seth’s Sightings. Many people in the community looked forward to his hometown insights and observations. In addition to reporting for his own newspapers, Seth also freelanced for the Times News of Lehighton.

Seth served as president of MACPA, the Mid Atlantic Community Papers Association, in 2012.

He served on its board of directors until 2022.He served on the board of Temple Israel of Lehighton for many years, and was a founding member of Congregation B’nai Harim in Pocono Pines.

He was also a founding board member of the Weatherly Area Community Library.

He is survived by his brother, Matthew Isenberg and wife Elsie; and sister, Elise Barnes, all of North Carolina; nephews, niece, grand-nieces and -nephews of North Carolina; brother-in-law Jay Holder and wife Sharon, and nieces and nephews of Spokane, Washington; and many much-loved cousins, other family, and friends.

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, May 27, at 1 p.m. at Temple Israel of Lehighton Cemetery, Weissport.

Robert John Decker, 66 years of age for Freeland, formerly of Weatherly died on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Edenbrook 2nd Ave. Hospice in Kingston, Pennsylvania.

Born Thursday, November 19, 1959 in Hazleton, the son of the late Robert E. and Joan T. (Segena) Decker. Bobby was also predeceased by; companion, Donna Ann McCormik; brothers, Edward G. Decker.

Surviving are daughter, Tristen A, Decker; brother, Keith R. Decker and his wife Joan; sister, Emily Houser wife of Jarrod. Nieces and nephews also survive Bobby.

Rosemary Weston, 86, of Weatherly, Pennsylvania was called home to the Lord on Monday, May 18, 2026. Surrounded by the love of her family, she peacefully entered the heavenly kingdom she so deeply desired. She leaves behind a legacy as a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

Born Wednesday, November 8, 1939 in Camden, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Mary (Mellor) Tiedeman. Rosemary was also predeceased by; beloved husband of 53 years, Leonard K. Weston Sr.; son, Scott Weston; grandchildren, Joshua Gundry, Lydia Joy Gundry, Dana Marie Scatton; sister Josephine Sheaman; son-in-law, Jeffrey L. Wagner.

Surviving are sons, Troy Weston and wife Cassie, Leonard Weston Jr. and wife Lisa, Randy Hayle; daughters, Roshelle Coll, Lenore S. Scatton-Wagner, Donna DeBoef wife of Jeremy; sisters, Helen Curtis; daughter-in-law, Lori Gerard; 18 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. Rosemary also had a large extended family of step sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Rosemary dedicated many years of service at Hazleton General Hospital, as well as founder of R&L Helpmates, a home health care business in Hazleton ,PA. A faithful member of Faith Assembly of God Hazleton and Faith Church Weatherly, she was a woman of deep conviction who read her Bible daily and truly lived by the teachings of the Gospels. Rosemary looked forward to summers spent at Cape May, trips to Boscov's and time spent with her family.

A Celebration of Rosemary's Life will be held on Friday May 22, 2026 at 2 o'clock P.M. from Faith Church 34 Fox Manor Road Hazle Township 18202. A public visitation will be held from 12:30 P.M. until the time of services.

Private Interment will be in Union Cemetery of Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
