New or need a modification? Try this:
• Slow it down — step one foot in at a time
• Elevate your hands on a block or bench to reduce intensity
• Focus on a strong plank: shoulders over wrists, core engaged

It’s not about speed — it’s about control, stability, and staying in your body.
