Sultry summer coming through! Her home season is the soft cool muted tones of True Summer. But you may be thinking, she looks fabulous in bright punchy colors too! Yes, she does, because she's excellent at knowing her best colors (reds and blues) and choosing those colors in sister palettes that are near her own, while wearing complimentary jewelry and make-up to balance all of them and create a cohesive look. Seasonal color analysis is all about finding out what colors support YOU the most, with the least amount of effort, but it doesn't mean you have to give up colors you love if they fall outside of it. I believe dressing up is an artistic expression and there is no "right way" to do it. What I will do is talk you through strategies on how to make colors that sit outside your home pallette work best for you. With enough effort we all can wear ANY color we want and reduce any visual dissonance. Knowing your home season is vital for accomplishing this, so that any color you wear looks balanced and intentional, even if they are your polar opposite. Are you curious about your season?
