“Why is a follow-up appointment necessary? Why can’t Dr. Kyle ‘fix me’ in one appointment so I don’t have to keep coming back?”

Some factors that come into play regarding recovery time & follow-up appointments—>

• Severity of your injury
• When the last time you had an adjustment was
• Pre-existing conditions
• Age
• Activity level
• Continuing the same actions that caused the initial pain/injury (weeding the garden, vacuuming, sitting at your desk, falling off ladders, lifting boxes)

“I haven’t needed you in YEARS!!!” Isn’t exactly a “good” thing. Just like a car, the more wear and tear you do to your body the more maintenance you will need.

How many times have you heard Dr. Kyle tell you ice after your adjustment?! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋 A quick 20 minutes on a cold pack after an adjustment will decrease inflammation and accelerate recovery.

Grab one on your way out next time, they’re a real back-saver! 😏

"Is 10 years old too young to be seen? My daughter is so busy and active in everything, she is constantly complaining about her neck and isn't sleeping well..."

"Can my 4 year old be checked out? He jumped off of the playground and isn't walking quite right."

Everyone is able to be adjusted! No matter the age, we can help! We have compiled some lists of symptoms that we see quite often in the office... do you spot any that your child may be experiencing?

Dr. Kyle is not only great with adults, he's fantastic with kids! He's certified in The Webster Technique for the babies and wins over their siblings with the full toy basket while they wait for their adjustment.
