A patient casually mentioned yesterday how much fiber is in raspberries… and I swear I acted like she had handed me insider trading information 😄

Like excuse me — EIGHT grams of fiber in one serving??
Why did no one hype raspberries up for me like this?

So naturally this morning I’m standing in my kitchen aggressively loading raspberries into my Greek yogurt like a woman on a mission.

And honestly, fiber deserves more attention than it gets.

Because right now a lot of the health conversation is:
“How do I suppress my appetite?”
“How do I stop cravings?”
“How do I override hunger?”

Meanwhile I’m over here asking…

“What if we actually helped the body regulate naturally?”

Fiber is one of the major players in that conversation.

It helps support:
✨ stable blood sugar
✨ a healthier microbiome
✨ digestion + elimination
✨ hormone balance

And here’s a big one most people don’t realize:

Fiber helps bind and clear hormones from the body.

So when fiber is low, hormones can recirculate instead of leaving efficiently — which absolutely matters if your goal is a vibrant metabolism and hormone system.

Also… can we please normalize focusing on what we need more of instead of obsessing over what we “can’t” have?
