Often when I work with people we work on deepening their self awareness first.
Self-awareness is the ability to gently notice what’s happening within you.
It’s recognizing your emotions before they take over.
It’s understanding your triggers instead of being controlled by them.
It’s noticing the stories you tell yourself and questioning whether they’re actually true.
Self-awareness helps you understand:
✨ Why certain situations affect you so deeply
✨ Why you keep repeating the same patterns
✨ What your mind, body, and spirit may be trying to communicate
Healing doesn’t begin when you have all the answers.
It begins when you become curious enough to ask:
“What’s really going on inside me?”
The more aware you become, the more choice you have.
And with choice comes the opportunity for growth, healing, and a deeper connection to your true self.🌱✨
