I’m very excited to be hosting this workshop with GrieveWell in November! Please share with anyone you think could benefit 💙

We are very excited to bring a new creative healing workshop to our community, “Exploring our grief through music with Mel” 🎵🎶! Music can be a powerful tool for healing and expression when words aren’t enough. Mel (Backwoods Music Therapy) will provide a space to connect and explore grief through music. A zoom link will be provided after you register 👉 GrieveWell.com/calendar.

This one hour workshop will include live (virtual) music performances by Mel, song sharing and discussion, and guided group songwriting. No musical experience or talent required, only a love for music!

This holiday season I’m hosting an event for the LGBTQ+ community to celebrate the season together! This event will include music, cookies, hot coco, arts+crafts, q***r joy, and community support. I want to create a space for our community to come together in this time without the burden of religious trauma, family issues, and/or homophobia/transphobia. Bring your favorite holiday tradition, songs, cookies, crafts, or just yourself on December 23rd from 7:30-8:30pm. This event is “pay what you can” between $5-25. The location is on the Northwest side of Ann Arbor, is accessible by bus, and has plenty of free parking. RSVP to [email protected] for address and questions.
