As we celebrate CNA Week, I want to take a moment to honor the extraordinary individuals who serve as the heartbeat of our communities — our Certified Nursing Assistants. Every day, our Resident Care Providers show what it truly means to care with purpose, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
We at Focused Care, we believe Every Person Is Crucial — EPIC, and our RCPs embody that belief in every interaction. They bring integrity, skill, consistency, and kindness to the residents who depend on them. They are the steady hands and trusted presence that make our communities feel like home. Their work is not only essential — it is deeply meaningful.
