Today, we are gathered to celebrate someone who truly represents the heart of our organization. It is my honor to recognize our Employee of the Month, Ann Waligura, and to celebrate an extraordinary milestone of 17 years of dedicated service.
Seventeen years is more than just a number. It represents years of commitment, reliability, hard work, and loyalty. Over nearly two decades, Ann has been a constant source of support, knowledge, and positivity. Through changes, challenges, growth, and success, she has continued to show up every day with professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to help others.
What makes Ann truly special is not only the work she does, but the way she does it. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and genuine care for her coworkers and those she serves. Her experience, dependability, and leadership have made a lasting impact on our team and our organization.
Many people can do a job, but not everyone leaves a legacy. Over the past 17 years, Ann Waligura has built relationships, mentored others, and set an example of excellence that inspires us all. Her contributions have helped shape our workplace, and we are better because of her dedication.
