UNDERSTANDING HEART FAILURE: A COMMUNITY PRESENTATION
Are you in the Weiser area and interested in learning more about heart failure? It is a frequently misunderstood condition, and taking the time to understand it can make a massive difference in managing your health.
This presentation is open to anyone, but you are especially invited to attend if you:
• Have been diagnosed with heart failure.
• Know or care for someone with heart failure.
• Have risk factors such as diabetes, an elevated BMI, hypertension, or high cholesterol.

• Location: 8 East Idaho Street in Weiser, Idaho, two buildings west of the Pythian Castle
I will be giving the presentation! As a medical student in the University of Washington School of Medicine's Idaho-WWAMI program currently completing my rural summer preceptorship in the area, I am looking forward to breaking down this complex topic, clearing up common misconceptions, and answering your questions.
There will also be snacks provided for everyone who attends!
