I love that Mark Cuban is such an advocate for the direct primary care model! It makes so much sense for actual medical care instead of the traditional insurance model where CEOs make massive profits by denying medical care.

Direct Primary Care clinics like this one and my own Outlaw Medical are the fix to expensive healthcare!

Honestly I didn’t really believe this model could work in Weleetka, OK, but the growth of my clinic has shocked me! People want a primary care they can reach, get into for an appointment, and not be treated like cattle.

What’s for lunch?

Asian bison lettuce wraps!

On medium heat add 1Tbsp sesame oil to a pan, add 1T minced garlic and 1T minced ginger (can sub 1 teaspoon of powdered) then brown 1lb of ground bison 🦬

Once browned add 2T soy sauce, 1T hoisin sauce. Remove from heat and add chopped bell peppers and bok choy stalks.

Serve in bok choy leaves 🥬 to make wraps!
