📢 Important Update for Our Patients 📢

Beginning January 1, 2026, the Family Clinic of Weleetka will no longer be able to provide access to OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Ma*****na Authority) cards due to changes in state guidelines and regulations.

We understand this may be an inconvenience for some patients and appreciate your understanding as we work to remain compliant with current requirements. Our clinic remains committed to providing high-quality primary care and supporting your overall health needs.

After many years of dedicated and compassionate care, Janet Parker, PA, will be retiring effective January 1, 2026.

We invite all patients, friends, and community members to join us in celebrating Janet and wishing her well at a retirement reception:

We will be here on Wednesday November 27th for emergency appointments. We will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29th.

We will open back up on Monday, December 2nd.

If you have refills needing to be filled during that time, please send for a refill request at the beginning of the week.

This will be an open discussion about Medicare changes that soon go in to effect. You will not be required, or even asked to sign up for anything. This is just a service we are offering to discuss Medicare.

This is open to all people, not just our patients.
