Traditional physical therapy often sets the finish line at becoming pain free.

At Divergence, that’s where the real work begins.

Our focus isn’t just on reducing pain. It’s on improving movement quality and preparing your body to handle the demands that led to the injury in the first place.

Our goal isn’t to simply restore your previous level of function. It’s to help you move better, perform better, and exceed your previous physical capabilities.

The best program is the one that is built around the individual.

Our evaluation process is designed so that we can better understand how you move and how you approach your training.

This includes reviewing your goals, training background, injury history, and movement limitations before developing a plan to get you to your intended destination.

Rather than placing you into a cookie cutter approach or a one-size-fits-all program, we use the information we gather to build a program designed to get you one step closer to where you want to be.
