Feeling like therapy “isn’t working”?
Let’s talk about it — gently, honestly, and with love.

Sometimes the work feels slow.
Sometimes it feels like nothing is changing.
Sometimes we’re changing… and that’s what’s making everything feel harder.

This thread isn’t a judgment.
It’s a mirror.
To help you reflect on what might be blocking the breakthroughs.

✨Save this for a moment you need to remember: The stuckness is sacred. The unraveling is part of it.
You’re not behind. You’re just becoming.

💭 Have you ever hit a wall in therapy?
Let’s talk about it in the comments.

🌿 there’s a part of healing no one talks about enough—
the part where the old self is gone,
but the new self hasn’t arrived yet.
where everything feels uncertain,
quietly sacred,
and like a soft kind of falling apart.

this is the unraveling.
it’s not a setback.
it’s a sacred pause.
a shedding.
a becoming.

if you’re in it,
you’re not alone.
save this for the days you forget.
send it to someone who might be unraveling too.
