Key maneuvers included a component hump reduction, reverse angulated caudal septal trim, and tip deprojection.  Mtultiple grafts were used including extended spreader grafts locked into a columellar strut graft, spreader grafts, alar contour grafts, and a hybrid tip graft, all to help provide long-term stability and structure to maintain the aesthetic and functional goals...

This happy young lady is 5’5, in her early 30s, and presented with breast asymmetry — she is shown 4 1/2 months following placement of 500cc silicone implants on each side with a breast lift on the left and a breast reduction on the right. Without a breast reduction on the right, just doing a breast lift and placing different sized implants (to compensate for the preop breast size discrepancy) would NOT be able to achieve this result. Scars will continue to improve in time, and, as always, I try to place the implants LOW to minimize the “drop and fluff” stage to help every woman reach her final results sooner...

I’m often asked how long will it take for my nose to look “good”.  Well, this young lady loves her nose at only 6 weeks after surgery...  She wanted an improved profile with  refined tip, while maintaining a natural result.


Key maneuvers included a component hump reduction, reverse angulated caudal septal trim, and tip deprojection.  Multiple grafts were used including extended spreader grafts locked into a columellar strut graft, spreader grafts, alar contour grafts, and a hybrid tip graft, all to help provide long-term stability and structure to maintain the aesthetic and functional goals...
