The Elliot Lewis Center

The Elliot Lewis Center for Multiple Sclerosis Care provides comprehensive care for patients with MS. We place an emphasis on a team approach.

The Elliot Lewis Center is one of the largest centers for multiple sclerosis and neurological disease in the metro Boston area and in all of New England. We offer state-of-the-art medical care, including diagnosis, symptom management and disease modifying treatments, social work, and access to the latest clinical trials. The team at The Elliot Lewis Center includes two multiple sclerosis specialis

ts, a neuromuscular specialist, multiple sclerosis certified nurses, a dedicated infusion team, a social worker, research team and administrative staff. We work closely with specialists from other disciplines including ophthalmology, physiatry and physical therapy, and urology.

The Elliot Lewis Center team attended the The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers Annual Meeting this week alongside leading experts and organizations dedicated to advancing MS care. Our team had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the field, contribute to important conversations in MS research and care, and present four research posters highlighting our ongoing work.

The last stops before Boston! Team ELC was proud to continue supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society over the weekend at Walk MS Concord on Saturday and Walk MS Plymouth on Sunday!

Next stop: Walk MS Boston on June 7th! Our Team ELC Boston walk team has grown to over 70 members and raised more than $22,000 in support of the MS community, and we’re striving for 100 walkers strong.

The Elliot Lewis Center was proud to have both a patient and a member of our team participate in MS State Action Day today! This annual event brings together people living with MS, caregivers, and supporters to speak with state legislators about issues impacting the MS community.

The day began with a resolution from the MA House of Representatives recognizing the work of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and officially declaring today MS State Action Day.

This year’s advocacy focused on medical debt and the financial challenges many patients face when accessing medically necessary care. The National MS Society is supporting legislation aimed at reducing the burden of medical debt by limiting harmful collection practices and helping protect patients and families from long-term financial hardship.
