Congratulations to our Executive Director on completing the Chicago Marathon last Sunday in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society! This was her 4th marathon supporting the NMSS, turning her passion for running into a personal commitment to the MS community. Stay tuned — we hear marathon #5 is on deck!

The Spongie Heart is a reusable, medical-grade arm support designed to help stabilize positioning during IV starts, blood draws, and infusions, while also giving patients a comfortable place to rest their arm.

Another successful New England Faculty Meeting! The Elliot Lewis Center and The ELC Foundation host the quarterly meeting, bringing together multiple sclerosis experts from Maine to Rhode Island to discuss cases, treatments, and the latest research. Today, The Elliot Lewis Center had the pleasure of welcoming members of U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren’s state team for an office tour and conversation about the issues that matter most to our MS community.

We appreciated the opportunity to share the challenges faced by people living with multiple sclerosis, including the importance of protecting access to affordable, high-quality care and the medications patients depend on.

Thank you to the team for listening, asking thoughtful questions, and engaging in a meaningful discussion about improving care for patients across Massachusetts.
