Revision surgery requires clarity — and Crisalix gives you exactly that.

For patients seeking revision after a previous procedure, the consultation can feel overwhelming. There are questions about what went wrong, what can realistically be improved, and how different techniques might affect the final outcome. This is where Crisalix 3D imaging becomes an essential tool in Dr. Arthur Shektman’s approach.

By creating a precise 3D model of your current anatomy, Crisalix allows Dr. Shektman to visually map out the issues, explain the underlying causes, and illustrate how various revision options could restore balance and symmetry.

Instead of vague descriptions, you see the plan — structured, clear, and tailored to your unique situation.

For patients who feel discouraged or unsure after a disappointing first result, this visual structure brings reassurance. It transforms confusion into understanding and turns complicated revision conversations into an organized, collaborative experience.

If you’re ready for a revision consult guided by clarity and precision, begin with a complimentary Crisalix 3D before-and-after preview during your private visit with Dr. Shektman.

Tiny light, big reset ✨

It’s not magic. It’s just light—refined, focused, and smarter than ever.

Fractional laser resurfacing sounds high-tech (and it is), but at its heart, it’s skin therapy. It works by creating thousands of microscopic “channels” in your skin—tiny points where controlled energy prompts your body to do what it does best: heal, renew, and rebuild. As new collagen forms and fresh skin surfaces, texture improves. Tone evens out. Lines soften. Spots fade. The skin you see in the mirror starts to match the way you feel on the inside—refreshed, alive, you.

At Wellesley Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Arthur Shektman uses advanced fractional laser systems to give his patients gentle yet powerful results, with a focus on comfort and long-term skin health. It’s not about looking different. It’s about looking rested—like you’ve just returned from a quiet, beautiful place.

Take the first step toward your own skin reset with a complimentary Crisalix 3D imaging experience—personalized, private, and completely pressure-free.

The 3am mirror test

You know the moment. You’re up late—maybe for a sip of water, maybe checking on a child, maybe just one of those nights. The world is still. The house is quiet. And as you pass by the bathroom mirror, you glance up… and smile.

That’s the moment so many of Dr. Shektman’s patients describe. Not for the cameras. Not for anyone else. Just a private, unexpected moment where their reflection feels aligned with who they are. Calm. Confident. Comfortable in their skin.

Whether through a facelift, laser resurfacing, or a personalized combination of treatments, Dr. Arthur Shektman approaches each procedure with the goal of restoring—not reinventing—your natural beauty. Because when you feel like yourself again, those quiet mirror moments speak volumes.

Curious what your own 3AM smile might look like? Visualize your outcome with a complimentary Crisalix 3D simulation today.

Texture tells a story—But not always yours

Sometimes the skin remembers things we wish it didn’t.

Old acne breakouts that left behind stubborn scars. Melasma triggered by hormonal shifts. Rough patches that don’t reflect the care you give your body—or the energy you feel inside. For many of our patients, texture isn’t just about how the skin looks. It’s about reclaiming a part of their story.

At Wellesley Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Arthur Shektman offers laser resurfacing treatments that gently strip away the remnants of old damage—layer by layer—so your skin can finally reflect the life you’re living now. We’re not erasing history. We’re clearing space for a new chapter: one defined by smoothness, even tone, and emotional relief.

Because your skin shouldn’t hold onto a story you’ve long since outgrown.

Start fresh with a complimentary Crisalix 3D simulation—see your transformation before treatment even begins.

A lifted face should never mean a frozen one.

One of the greatest fears patients have before facial surgery is losing the ability to express themselves naturally. But with the right surgeon — one who understands not just anatomy, but artistry — rejuvenation can restore youth without compromising the way you smile, laugh, or light up a room.

Dr. Arthur Shektman is known for exactly this balance. With more than 25 years of experience, he focuses on repositioning deeper facial layers, not over-tightening the skin. This refined approach preserves softness, fluidity, and the unique dynamics of your expressions. The result is a face that looks refreshed and uplifted, yet fully alive — never stiff, never “pulled,” always authentically you.

Patients often share that friends notice they look rested or vibrant, but can’t quite pinpoint why. That’s the hallmark of true surgical finesse: harmony, movement, and a natural beauty that still feels like your own reflection.

If you’re curious how a beautifully expressive result could look on you, preview it with a complimentary Crisalix 3D before-and-after simulation during your consultation.

That perfect swipe of lip liner can do wonders—until it fades by lunchtime. What if your Cupid’s bow stayed crisp, your smile more lifted, and your lip shape effortlessly defined… no touch-up required?

At Wellesley Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Arthur Shektman helps patients transition from temporary makeup illusions to lasting, natural-looking lip refinement. Whether you’re constantly correcting asymmetry, overlining to create fullness, or hiding a downturned edge, surgical or filler artistry offers a more elegant, enduring solution.

Dr. Shektman’s approach begins with facial balance—mapping your natural features, respecting proportion, and enhancing the architecture of your lips with precision. Whether through conservative filler or a refined lip lift, the goal is always the same: lips that feel authentic, expressive, and beautifully in sync with the rest of your face.

Because some transitions are worth capturing—not just for the camera, but for your everyday confidence.

Curious what your lips could look like beyond the makeup? Schedule a consultation with Dr. Shektman and receive a complimentary Crisalix 3D preview of your potential results.

Sometimes, the most powerful transformations begin with just a few millimeters.

In the hands of a skilled plastic surgeon, subtle lip enhancement can create more than a fuller pout—it can shift how you enter a room, speak your truth, or smile in that next big meeting or first date. It’s not about looking “done.” It’s about alignment. Confidence. Energy. And reclaiming parts of yourself that may have quietly faded over time.

Dr. Arthur Shektman approaches every lip augmentation with one goal: to amplify you. Through precision artistry and facial mapping, he creates results that don’t demand attention—but command it. Whether softening asymmetry, restoring youthful volume, or enhancing balance, these micro-refinements often lead to macro changes in how women carry themselves in every aspect of life.

It’s a small shift. But for many, it marks the beginning of a bold new chapter.

Take the first step with a complimentary Crisalix 3D simulation and preview what a personalized enhancement could look like—before making a decision.

The beauty of a well-designed lip isn’t in its volume—it’s in its harmony.

At Wellesley Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Arthur Shektman approaches lip augmentation not as a one-size-fits-all procedure, but as a highly individualized art form rooted in anatomy. Every smile is unique. Every lip line tells a story. And Dr. Shektman’s role is to elevate what’s already there—never to overwrite it.

Using his refined eye for proportion and decades of surgical expertise, Dr. Shektman maps each enhancement according to your natural bone structure, facial ratios, and expressive dynamics. Whether restoring balance between the upper and lower lip, enhancing the philtral columns, or softening asymmetry, every detail is intentional—and beautifully understated.

Because when anatomy guides the artistry, the results don’t just look natural… they feel inevitable.

Curious how small, artful adjustments can make a lasting difference? Dr. Shektman offers complimentary Crisalix 3D simulations to help you preview your personalized result in total confidence.
