Three weeks ago, this was just an empty office space and a BIG vision. ☀️

There’s still more to come — artwork to hang, finishing touches to add, and little details I’m intentionally taking my time choosing — but seeing how much has changed already feels pretty incredible.

Sunshine Therapy Collective is becoming exactly what I hoped it would be: a warm, beautiful space where independent therapists can grow their own practices while still feeling connected to a community. 💛

And we’re just getting started.

☀️ Exciting update — only ONE office remaining!

I recently opened Sunshine Therapy Collective in Wellington, a boutique office community created specifically for therapists who want a beautiful, professional space to see clients while still maintaining the independence of their own practice.

I'm so excited that one of our available offices has officially been claimed, which means I now have just one private office remaining! 💛

The remaining office is our larger space with plenty of room for individual, family, and small group sessions.

✨ Big News! We've Moved! ✨

Sunshine for the Soul Counseling has officially found a new home, and I couldn't be more excited for this next chapter!

Beginning August 6th, all in-person sessions will be held at:

Our new space offers a comfortable waiting area, convenient on-site parking, and the same warm, welcoming environment where healing and growth can continue.

This move represents so much more than a new address—it's a reflection of growth, new opportunities, and my continued commitment to providing a safe space for those I have the privilege of serving.

Thank you to every client, colleague, friend, and family member who has supported this journey. I can't wait to welcome you into the new office!

I use old magazines to create cutouts for vision boards in therapy sessions. It's a simple, affordable way to support creativity, goal setting, and meaningful conversations.

Sometimes I think clients imagine therapists sitting in a perfectly lit room 24/7, sipping tea, calmly processing emotions with a journal in hand. Meanwhile, in reality, we’re out here losing battles to sand dunes, reheating our coffee for the 4th time, and trying to remember where we put our keys.

Therapists are humans first.

Which honestly might be part of what makes therapy work 🌞
