Let’s talk hydration for a minute. 💧

As a massage therapist, I talk about hydration a lot, not just drinking water after a massage, but making hydration part of your everyday routine.

Hydration supports your whole body, including your skin and connective tissues. And as we age, keeping our skin hydrated can help it feel softer, smoother, and more comfortable.

That’s one reason I’ve added Infuse HA to my routine. Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the body and is known for attracting and holding moisture.

Things that might be going through my head while I’m giving you a massage… 😂
You: 😌 Completely relaxed, wondering how I always find the exact spot.

Me, internally:
• My nose itches.
• Casually stretches my own back while working on yours.
• Why did the music stop?! 😳
• I can't see the clock so I'll count in my head. One one thousand, two one thousand, three one thousand (get to 60 one thousand). That should have been 1 minute? Nope that was 20 seconds.
• Nope... nose still itches
• Wait… did they say the RIGHT shoulder or the LEFT shoulder?
• Which one is right again?! 🤔
• Tries to sneeze as quietly as humanly possible and it comes out sounding like a tuba.
• Seriously, WHY does my nose keep itching?!
• Trying to read your tattoos? Thanks for the reading material.
• I wonder how many miles it is from here to Maine.
• Seriously why did the music stop?
• Did the egg come first or the chicken? 🥚🐔
• Ah cool more reading material. What does that say?
• Am I hungry?
• Nope. Maybe.

Meanwhile, you have absolutely no idea that there is an entire random conversation happening inside my head while my hands are completely focused on your massage. 😂

Massage therapist brain is a very interesting place.
