Rabies has been confirmed in a bat in Loxahatchee on Saturday, April 18th, 2026.

We are advising that any dogs or cats that do not have a current, valid Rabies vaccination should get vaccinated as soon as possible and if your pet will be due in the few months it is advisable to boost their Rabies vaccine in advance. Please call the office for an appointment 561-798-2900.
