Unfortunately a lot of people wait until it’s too late

“My dad used to say that as a Chiropractor, many patients come in and it’s bottom of the ninth, two outs and you have to step up and hit a homerun. Many times, and in fact most times we do, but sometimes we strike out.

I wish patients would consider us first and not as a last resort. It’s hard to undo decades worth of damage and dysfunction. This is a woman who is 62 years old and has absolutely no quality-of-life because of her spine is severely subluxated and her nervous sysem being compressed. She can’t walk for more than 50 feet without intense pain.

What has been her solution from her doctors over the years? Pain management and drugs. There is no chemical solution to a structural problem. Long standing misalignments in peoples spine ruin their life.

If you have a loved one and they look crooked or are in pain, get them to a good Chiropractor, it could be the difference between truly living and just existing.”

Did you know that can use eucalyptus oil for seasonal allergy relief in a variety of ways?

✔Put several drops of eucalyptus oil into your neti pot
✔add 25 drops of eucalyptus oil to each load of wash during allergy season, especially if you or the kids are running around outside.

Reducing Muscle Soreness:

✔Gentle exercise such as light cardio or yoga a day or so after your exercise that created soreness
✔Always warm up & stretch before and after exercising
✔Stay hydrated! It’s important to drink plenty of water on days you work out and days you don’t!
✔Give each muscle group adequate time to recover. There’s no need to work out your legs several days in a row. Instead, focus on legs one day, followed by shoulders, then core, etc.
