Memory Ranches A family ranch in NE Nevada raising the best Driftwood horses for ranching, roping, rodeo, & barrels We run a large herd of purebred Black and Red Angus cows.

We are a family owned and operated ranch located in NW Nevada. We sell all of our bulls private treaty. We have used artificial insemination for over 40 years and believe that we have some of the best genetics available in the industry. Our horse program was born out of necessity as we ride to move, doctor, and check our cows. We have bred our horses for disposition as well as usability. Our focus has been on foundation bloodlines that have proven themselves many times over on the ranch as well as in the rodeo arena. Driftwood, Joe Reed, Leo, and Joe Hancock breeding make up the majority of our bloodlines. We have a Quarter Horse production sale in June of every other year. If you can’t make it to our foal sale TODAY, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on adding a prospect to your barn! We have been selling horses successfully online through LiveAuctions for a long time. They provide live video, live audio, and real-time bidding so you can bid as if present. All you have to do is go to their website, register with an account, and you’ll be set to bid on sale day! Our sale starts at noon and we are on Pacific Standard Time.

Catalog updates —

Unfortunately, every year there are a handful of foals we pull from the sale due to injury or other unforeseen circumstances. Lots 9, 45, 54, 68, and 84 will NOT be in the sale.

Also, every year it seems we misidentify a gender or two and catch the mistake after the catalog is already printed. Lot 36 is a filly, NOT a horse c**t.

And we can always count on a few foals roaning after we’ve printed the catalog. Lots 10,11, 21, 26, 49, and 65.

Catalog typos we missed; 51 and 80 are bay, not buckskin.

That should do it for our fair share of mistakes this year! Sale starts at noon pst. See ya there!
