Brooke County Opportunity Center a Division of Healthways Inc. This program provides day treatment/workshop services for people with multiple impairments.

This program was initiated in 1979 at the request of families in Brooke County who wanted to establish a program for adults with developmental disabilities. This HealthWays program provides a comprehensive array of services including: day treatment, habilitative training, supportive counseling, pre-vocational training, vocational evaluation, and sheltered employment and job placement for people with mental or physical disabilities.
