Hello! I am looking for a new office manager/front desk due to the upcoming career change for our current office manager.

Fast paced office looking for a qualified office manager to run our medical rehabilitation facility. All applicants must be motivated to work hard alongside other staff, possess superior communication skills and be highly organized. Computer knowledge and office experience required. Having insurance background knowledge is a plus. An essential part of this job includes the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest!

Responsibilities
Greeting patients, help them complete their paperwork, and schedule follow up appointments. Checking insurance benefits and submitting billing to insurances. Patient care is our top priority!
Aid and assist PTs as well as other support staff when necessary

Skills
Proven work experience as a medical office manager
Knowledge administrative processes and principles
Ability to handle medical records discreetly and professionally
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
Communication skills and a customer service orientation

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
6-12 months relevant experience strongly recommended in a rehab setting or office setting
24-30 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Competitive per hour wage. Possibly more benefits to come in future.
