We are excited to announce that we are continuing our Pilates for Your Pelvic Floor: Postpartum and Beyond class into March! You do not need to have prior experience with Pilates or this specific class to attend. This specialized 4 class series is great for anyone looking to learn more about how to engage their core muscles including their abdominal muscles and their pelvic floor.

Looking forward to these two specialized Mat Pilates classes! Learn more about your core muscles, posture awareness, and injury prevention. Both classes instructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Mallory Berschauer. Participants will receive a home program they can continue independently after the series is completed. Questions? We are excited to announce our Winter 2026 series of specialized Mat Pilates classes!⁣

- Pilates for Injury Prevention⁣
- Pilates and Your Pelvic Floor: For Postpartum and Beyond⁣
⁣
Each class is 1 hour duration, for a 4 week series from Saturday January 17th through February 7th. ⁣
⁣
Each class is instructed by Mallory Berschauer, DPT. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she will provide detailed instructions on each exercise to learn how to use the targeted muscles and correct technique. These classes are suitable for individuals with no prior experience with Pilates and yet still valuable for Pilates Pros!⁣
⁣
Enrollment in all 4 classes is required as concepts will build from one class to the next. ⁣
⁣
Participants will receive an online home exercise program, with instructions for the exercises they learned in class, at the end of the series.⁣
⁣

We had such a great time meeting so many wonderful women and families at the It Takes A Village: Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Postpartum Support Fair today! 💕
We really enjoyed being by a part of the “Ask A Provider” educational panel and were impressed by the thoughtful questions being asked. It’s always so great to connect with the other Providers and businesses at the event as well! Thanks to everyone who came out and helped make this event a success. Can’t wait for next year! 💕
