PRN / Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Advanced Home Health NW of Wenatchee is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN/Part-Time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the opportunity to help patients improve their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and adaptive techniques.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
Supervise COTAs as required by state regulations and agency policy.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current Washington State OT license.
Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Home health experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Flexible PRN scheduling

Point-based compensation: $52–$60 per point
