Solo

Solo (first time in 6 years), but not alone. I went to the ocean to remember who I am when I’m not needed by anyone but myself. I left the husband, the kids, the work
the laundry, the snacks, the bedtime routines—and found silence by the sea.

This solo trip wasn’t a luxury. It was a reset.








It was sooo needed. Back to life 🤪😊

Note to self. The only way to slow down time is to slow down your mind, body, and soul and feel 🌼
65 days into 2024. I don't want another year to go by, and I ask where did the time go? The time is here, the time is now.
