Peace is the answer.

Peace begins within.

Are you ready to feel into Peace?

If so, read on....

I’ve been sitting with the energy of 9/11 today and thinking about how differently this day lives inside each of us.

For some, it holds very personal grief. For others, fear, anger, sadness, or just a heaviness that is hard to explain.

Whatever you feel today matters.

But what if we notice what happens in our body when we remember?

Maybe your chest tightens. Maybe tears come. Maybe you instantly go back to where you were when you heard the news.

Just notice it… and then gently bring some love into that space.

If you lost someone, remember how they lived. Their laugh. Their voice. A funny story. A hug. A simple moment that reminds you of the love you shared.

And then remember what happened in the middle of all that chaos.

People helped people.

Labels didn’t matter.

A hand needed a hand… so someone reached for it.

🇺🇸❤️Souls helping souls.

I cannot help but feel that this is part of what the souls who crossed over that day would want us to carry forward.

What if each of us simply tends to our own little piece?

Notice the fear and breathe love into it.

Notice the anger and let it become compassion or service.

Feel the grief while also remembering the love.

We are not erasing what happened or asking anyone to stop grieving.

We are choosing what we continue adding to the memory.

Maybe that is how peace begins 👉inside each of us, one little shift at a time.

Less fear. More love.
Less division. More compassion.
More souls helping souls.

That feels like honoring them to me.

LOVE wins every time. ❤️

THE CHAKRA HEALING ROOM: LOVE IN MOTION

For three years, The Chakra Healing Room was our space to learn, heal, practice, remember and grow.

Now we take it all into the world.

Love in Motion is about putting the tools we've gathered into practice in our everyday lives—in our relationships, families, work, finances, health, conversations, challenges, adventures and everything in between.

It's where spirituality becomes lived experience.

We'll continue following what has guided us all along:

Listen. Feel. Trust.

We'll follow the signs and synchronicities meditate and connect with the land, water and sky, visit the places we're called to, explore their stories, and practice surrendering to the guidance that unfolds along the way!

We don't know exactly where this journey will take us in our day, and that's part of the FUN. ❤️

We are simply taking everything the last three years taught us and learning to LIVE IT; bringing love, compassion, peace, balance and awareness into every area of our lives.

The Chakra Healing Room Energy isn't disappearing.

We're becoming it.

And now we're putting that LOVE IN MOTION. 🌎✨

GOOD Day....from an Axolotl!☀️❤️

Every morning on my walk, I connect with the sun and intentionally set the energy for my day.

This morning I found myself saying…

Thank you for all of the amazing experiences I get to be a part of today. Thank you for the compassion, the love, the peace, the grace, the ease, the miracles, the wealth, the clarity…and the FUN.

FUN.

That was literally the last word I said.

And almost immediately, something on the ground caught my eye.

I picked it up, turned it over and saw this little guy. 😂❤️

An axolotl flying around in a spaceship!

I laughed.

Okay. I see you. Thank you for showing me the FUN in my day!

And of course, being me, I had to go look into the axolotl too! Wow! What a powerful message. Yes, the sticker is FUN, but the message that I read about the energy attached to an axolotl gave me answers and direction about other things happening in my life that I absolutely have been praying about!

This little sticker had so much to say!!!

IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

I asked to experience it.

And then I became aware enough to see it.

I'm keeping this little sticker as my reminder. ❤️

Find the FUN in your day today. Look for it. Expect it. Be aware of it. It is already right before your eyes.

♓️ 🌑Tonight we move into a Pisces Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse… and this morning on my walk, I was given the most beautiful reminder:

Tears are moving water.

Pisces is water.
Emotion. Intuition. Surrender. Release.

So if you find yourself feeling more emotional, reflective, or even unexpectedly teary during this Full Moon energy… maybe the invitation isn’t to stop the tears.

Maybe the invitation is to become aware of what story the water is carrying.

When you cry, instead of continuing to replay everything that hurt, gently ask:

What am I ready to release?
What would I rather feel?
What story am I ready to create now?

Let the tears move.

Let the old story leave with them.

And while that water is flowing, speak love, gratitude, peace and possibility into what comes next.

Maybe this Pisces Full Moon isn’t asking us to suppress our emotions at all.

Maybe it is asking us to **let them flow without allowing the old story to keep flowing with them.**

And with a lunar eclipse arriving too, I couldn't help but hear this:

🌕 "Let’s eclipse the story attached to the tears that you shed today."

Let the water carry it away.

And choose what you want your river to carry forward. 💧✨

This is the message I felt from this grid today…

Listen with LOVE. 👂❤️

As you move through your day, practice meeting every conversation and situation with love as your filter.

When someone is speaking, really listen.... but also notice what you are feeling as you listen.

Do their words bring up sadness?
Anger? Anxiety? Pain? Guilt? An old wound?

Instead of immediately reacting, pause.

Feel what has been activated within you.
Take a breath.
Bring it into your heart.
Breathe LOVE into that feeling.

Then respond.

This is the practice.

Listen. Feel. Breathe LOVE. Respond.

Every conversation becomes an opportunity to notice where something within us is asking to be met with love.

And the more we practice, the more this becomes our natural way of being until we aren't simply trying to live from the heart...

we are embodying it.

This is how I feel we begin to bring ourselves back into balance, one everyday interaction at a time.

Listen with LOVE. 🤍
