Today was fun! I had a guest walker today! My cousin Dawn Menne!

We hit some garage sales, had brunch with some friends, walked at City Hall Park.

She learned one of my quick techniques on how to Align, Reset, and Balance her energy!

Day 7: Walk & Talk with Me: Embracing Change & Letting Down our Human Shields

A few weeks ago I woke up feeling I MUST create a song for grief and loss. A song for the collective, that they needed it right now. It was such a sense of urgency. A song of comfort, hope and love.

The feeling consumed me that morning, even though I currently wasn’t feeling the loss of anyone at that moment. I felt it MUST be created now. The lyrics flowed right out of me as if it was a song I was remembering and not one that I was creating.

Spirit knew that I would need it more than ever today. As I allow the losses around me to flow through me, I played my own song for myself and felt it deeply. And it brought me comfort, it brought me hope, and it brought me love.

I’m sharing this song AGAIN with all of you today, in hopes that it will find those who need it as well.

To those who have transitioned to the spiritual world, we send you love. Walk with us daily and know we hold you in our hearts always.

And to those still here, feel the love of those who are in spirit flow through you. Allow the tears to fall with grace. They are with you always.
