If you are looking for holistic counseling, our intern is offering sliding scale sessions $5-$40. She has a deep interest in somatic counseling and wants to support you in learning to connect with your body for deeper healing. She has a background working with autistic youth and a passion for helping people.

A new counseling intern at Elemental Wellness, is offering affordable, in-person and virtual sessions focused on personal growth, self-care and spiritual exploration.

Elemental Wellness will not be hosting any events for the rest of July. Our group space took on water damage and is in the process of being fixed. We hope to return in August for Sound Bowl and Yoga classes. Thanks for your patience!
