How to Re-connect with your Divine Self and create space in a busy world.
Ceremony, of. course!!
The word Ceremony comes from the latin word, Caeremonia, which means: Sacredness, Reverence, a Sacred Rite.
For me, Ceremony moves us from one state of being to another state of being ... that can be a Wedding, that can be BodyWork, that can be Coaching, and oh Yes, that can be Circle!!
But it can also be simple things that you can do at home or on the go by yourself.
1 - Carve out some time - even 5 minutes can transform you.
2- Create Sacred Space if you can - light a candle or breathe in some essential oil.
3- Ground - come into your body either through your breath or simply by touching your body and feeling the sensation of your warm hands on your skin.
4- Conclusion- blow out the candle, rub your palms together and place them onto your heart.
5- Notice how you feel - even something as simple as following the above steps can change your energy.
Ceremony is Everything ... to me. And I am so eager to share it with YOU.
