A successful breast augmentation isn’t just about the surgery, it’s also about the recovery that comes next.

During the first few weeks, your body is healing beneath the surface. Swelling gradually improves, your implants begin to settle into a more natural position (often called “dropping and fluffing”), and everyday activities are slowly reintroduced as your recovery progresses.

While a lot of patients feel significantly better within a few weeks, healing doesn’t happen overnight. Final results continue to evolve over the following months as swelling resolves and your tissues adapt.

You can't always fix a tired look with more sleep. For this patient, excess skin on the upper eyelids and under-eye bags were doing most of the talking.

An upper and lower eyelid lift helped restore a more refreshed appearance while keeping the results natural and age-appropriate.

Throwing it back to the AMA Conference with Kristy!

A few days filled with great conversations, new ideas, lots of learning, and probably more coffee than either of us would like to admit. ☕️😂

The first 10 seconds of a consultation tell me a lot, but probably not what you think.

I’m not ranking features or searching for imperfections. Instead, I’m asking questions like:

- What’s creating this concern?
- Is it skin, muscle, fat, bone, or a combination?
- Will one procedure solve it, or is there a better approach?
- What result will look the most natural five or ten years from now?

Most patients come in focused on one area. Plastic surgeons are trained to see the whole picture.

The most dramatic part of a mommy makeover isn’t always what changes. Sometimes it’s what stops happening. Like constantly tugging at your shirt, avoiding certain outfits, or standing in front of the mirror, wondering if your body will ever feel familiar again.

If you find yourself doing any of those things, send me a DM and let’s talk about your options.

One of the biggest things people get wrong about breast implant removal is that it’s simply a matter of taking the implant out.

In reality, long-standing implants can sometimes lead to changes in the surrounding tissues that require much more complex surgery.
