Hey friends, just so you know, this event isn’t yoga based, it is not tied to spirituality or a belief system, and you do not need any experience to join us. You’re not going to be doing poses, staying in flow, stretching or trying to keep up with anything. It’s more about being guided to tune into your body, notice what you’ve been holding, stress or tension, giving it a chance to be witnessed and soften and integrated. If you’ve ever tried to relax and your body just wouldn’t go there, this is a different way of working with those sensations.
Most of us are used to pushing through or trying to “fix” how we feel, and this is kind of the opposite. You’re guided to slow down, notice what’s there, and let your body shift on its own and it ends up being a lot more effective than trying to force yourself to relax. If life has felt heavy, overwhelming, or like you’ve lost a bit of your spark, this is a space to gently come back to ease within you and reconnect with a sense of joy.
