Lot's of changes happening at Peak Brain and Body.

We've turned one of our rooms into a relaxation room.

We'll have:
Weighted blankets
Leg Compression for those with blood pooling

In the past 18 months since opening we've seen tremendous growth. At this point in time nearly 50% of our patients are flying in from all over the US.

We've added another provider and support staff member.

We've added more technology for diagnostics and treatment.

Everything we do is meant to help individuals get the best results possibly.

Every week we get asked if we think we can help someone; normally the answer is yes (80-90% see improvement).

We want everyone to try again, but the most important thing to us is to repay your willingness to try again.

Friday marks the end of the work week for most people.

For a lot of the individuals who come through our clinic, they were not able to work at all before they got here. Their symptoms from POTS, dysautonomia, Long COVID, ME/CFS, concussion, and more had taken over their lives completely. They were not living life. They were managing around symptoms.

And then they made the decision to try one more time.

Most of them came in scared. Provider number 15 or 20 that is not going to work either. That fear is completely understandable and I never dismiss it. But what consistently happens is that being looked at from a complete picture, and not just evaluated from a complete picture but actually treated from one, changes everything. Not just another diagnosis to add to the list. An actual plan that addresses what the data shows.

And then the results start coming.

💡 Despite struggling for one year, three years, five years, sometimes a decade or longer, people notice improvement faster than they ever expected. And when that happens, the conversation naturally shifts. Can I actually live a normal life again? Can I go back to work? Can I get off FMLA?

For most, the answer is yes.

That is why we do what we do. We have patients who fly in from all over the United States and many who are local to the Tampa area. And the number one reason people do not get care sooner is not money or logistics. It is that they overleveraged one piece of data in the past, it did not work, and they are not willing to get burned again.

That is why our initial evaluation is what it is. We collect a significant amount of data upfront to make sure we are focused on the right things from the beginning. Not six to nine months in saying we think we were wrong, let's try something else. You have had enough of that already.

🛑 If you are reading this and you are someone who took the chance and got your life back, you know who you are. If you are someone who has talked with us before but the fear of failing again is consuming you, I hope this is the push that helps you take what feels like a risk.

We are going to be honest with you. We are going to be upfront with you. And we built this clinic specifically for complex cases like yours.

The results we see every week are why we keep doing this.

💬 If you have been on the fence about getting care, what has been the biggest thing holding you back?

Migraines are fairly common in those with POTS, concussion, and chronic fatigue syndrome.

In this video, I explain what you need to understand about why migraines are truly happening.

What do our patients at Peak Brain and Body have in common?

They come in with a wide range of diagnoses. POTS, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, concussion, migraines, brain fog, chronic fatigue, EDS, MCAS, and more. Most have seen somewhere between ten and twenty providers before they find us, spanning both traditional medicine and the natural health world. Results across all of those experiences range from no improvement at all to some progress but nowhere near enough.

Every single one of them wants the same thing.

Someone who will actually connect the pieces of their puzzle instead of picking one part of the body and ignoring everything else.

🛑 And every single one of them is scared.

They are scared they are making another bad decision. They have been burned before. They know what it feels like to get their hopes up and walk away with nothing. That is a specific kind of exhaustion that goes well beyond the physical symptoms.

But they are more afraid of staying the way they are than they are of trying again.

That decision, the one they made despite the fear, is the reason 80 to 90% of them go from skeptical to saying this is the best decision they have ever made.

💡 Here is why the outcomes are different here.

We do not pick one part of the body. We evaluate the whole person. We are data-driven, not emotion-driven. We look at objective findings, lab patterns, symptom history, and what you tell us about your life and your triggers. All of that taken together drives what we do and in what order we do it.

We integrate multiple systems rather than treating each one in isolation. Neurological function. Metabolic health. Immune status. Endocrine function. Vascular health. All of it evaluated together and treated together.

The patients who do best here share a few things. They are willing to follow a plan. They are disciplined. And they are willing to step outside their comfort zone, because some of what we do you may have heard of, and some of it will be completely new. They do not let the unfamiliarity of something scare them into staying stuck.

That willingness to try, even when everything before this did not work, is exactly what we are here for.
