What do our patients at Peak Brain and Body have in common?
They come in with a wide range of diagnoses. POTS, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, concussion, migraines, brain fog, chronic fatigue, EDS, MCAS, and more. Most have seen somewhere between ten and twenty providers before they find us, spanning both traditional medicine and the natural health world. Results across all of those experiences range from no improvement at all to some progress but nowhere near enough.
Every single one of them wants the same thing.
Someone who will actually connect the pieces of their puzzle instead of picking one part of the body and ignoring everything else.
🛑 And every single one of them is scared.
They are scared they are making another bad decision. They have been burned before. They know what it feels like to get their hopes up and walk away with nothing. That is a specific kind of exhaustion that goes well beyond the physical symptoms.
But they are more afraid of staying the way they are than they are of trying again.
That decision, the one they made despite the fear, is the reason 80 to 90% of them go from skeptical to saying this is the best decision they have ever made.
💡 Here is why the outcomes are different here.
We do not pick one part of the body. We evaluate the whole person. We are data-driven, not emotion-driven. We look at objective findings, lab patterns, symptom history, and what you tell us about your life and your triggers. All of that taken together drives what we do and in what order we do it.
We integrate multiple systems rather than treating each one in isolation. Neurological function. Metabolic health. Immune status. Endocrine function. Vascular health. All of it evaluated together and treated together.
The patients who do best here share a few things. They are willing to follow a plan. They are disciplined. And they are willing to step outside their comfort zone, because some of what we do you may have heard of, and some of it will be completely new. They do not let the unfamiliarity of something scare them into staying stuck.
That willingness to try, even when everything before this did not work, is exactly what we are here for.
