How do you move? 🚴🏽🏊🏿♀️🚣♂️🧘🏾
For some of us, exercise is enough to stave off anxiety and depression symptoms. For others of us, it’s just part of the way we treat our depression or anxiety, a complement to our meds and therapy. Either way, it’s an important part of addressing our mental health. On bad days, even a dog walk can stave off the worst of my symptoms. 🐕🦺🦮
