We are looking to hire a Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in treating a variety of mental health symptoms and diagnoses (individual, family, and group treatment). We are also looking for a Psychotherapist to be available for consults and potentially supervise trainees, as well as be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults.
This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
Qualified clinicians must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin to practice as a Psychotherapist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients using both standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to establish a personalized treatment plan to achieve the most effective results
• Provide quality therapy and education to clients and families using evidence-based practice and theory
• Use the EMR system therapist will document treatment information within all necessary reports (evaluations, daily notes, treatment plans, discharge plans)
• Organize and maintain client medical and treatment records by documenting therapy sessions and approaches
• Complete and file necessary prior authorizations and clinic submission to all insurance providers required for client services
• Manage schedule on EMR system to include maintaining required client face to face contact
• Help maintain therapy space and equipment
• Attend department, clinical consult, and all-staff meetings
• Work and coordinate with other service providers in order to implement effective treatment plans for clients
• Update license, certifications and liability insurance as needed along with required CEUs for licensure
• There are options to supervise trainees for interested candidates who meet the licensure requirements in the State of Wisconsin.
