Welcome home, Pure Serenity 🤍

We’re still in the process of making this house a home — shelves to fill, little details to add, and boxes still waiting to be unpacked — but I couldn’t wait any longer to share a little glimpse into our new space!

This place already feels so special to me. A space created with so much love, intention, and a whole lot of heart. I can’t wait to watch it come alive with the people who make Pure Serenity what it is — my patients and my community 🤍

So grateful to have been part of such a special week, bringing a little piece of Chinese medicine to the community through acupuncture ear seeds 🤍

There’s something so beautiful about a community that prioritizes connection, wellness, and supporting one another. Feeling incredibly grateful for the memories, the conversations, and everyone who stopped by to learn, ask questions, and experience the ear seeds. 🤍

Everything hallelujah.

First I love this song & the trend, I did in fact stay up to watch bieberchella , my younger self begged me too and I was not disappointed! All I have to say is CLOSER & CLOSER & CLOSAHHH. The girls who get it get it 😘

I love how powerful this song truly is. Everything hallelujah. Celebrating every little moment in life. The days you showed up when it would’ve been easier not to. The healing you didn’t even realize was happening. Having gratitude for what keeps you going & what makes you smile. Gratitude for where you are in the present moment

Sometimes you really do have to pause and look back, not to stay there, but to see yourself clearly. To see how far you’ve come.

That’s something acupuncture has taught me in such a beautiful way. It’s not just about treatments, it’s about connection, presence, and honoring the body exactly where it is. Being able to share that with my patients, to hold space for their healing and their stories… it feels like its own kind of hallelujah.
