August went out with a hearty "Prost!" Our residents enjoyed traditional foods, music, and dancing at West Bend's Germanfest. 40 years of celebrating German culture and people and still going strong! Aloha, from all your friends and neighbors at NP West Bend! Michael, our head of culinary services, served up another mouthwatering buffet for our 14th Annual Pig Roast. This year was made extra special with guest performances by Nā Hale Studios, an incredible organization dedicated to practicing and sharing Hawaiian culture. Our residents and guests were treated to a lei greeting, drumming, and a variety of dances. The beauty of tradition is in continuing what you love while having the freedom to make it unique each time-- looking forward to finding new ways to go hog wild next year!
