Part Time medical receptionist needed for Podiatry office in West Bend, WI.
Fast paced environment with some light medical assisting.

-Answer phone system
-Schedule patient appointments
-Assist patients with paper work
-Data entry of patient information into Electronic Medical Records
-Confirm patient appointments
-Ensure all needed supplies are available for patient appointments
-Collect payment for services
-Open and close the office
-Help patients in/out treatment rooms and help with shoes/socks
-Clean treatment rooms between patients
-Light housekeeping
-Sterilize instruments

MUST have computer knowledge. Will train the right candidate!
Part-time (19-22 hours per week on average once trained)
