🩷 Do we LOVE when you’ve done a little research & have some knowledge about different treatments? Absolutely. 👏🏼 Being educated & making informed decisions about your face is ALWAYS a good thing. But you don’t need to come in having already decided exactly what treatment you need. That part? Let me help you with. 😘

🗣️ Tell me what bothers you. Tell me what you love & DON’T want to change. Tell me your budget, your timeline, what you’ve tried before & what kind of result you’re hoping for. Then let me assess your anatomy, give you my recommendations & we make a plan together. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

Sometimes my recommendation is to do less, wait, or leave something completely alone. & sometimes… IT IS to do it all. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

🫶🏻 The point is, there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. What your friend had done, what you saw on TikTok or what looked amazing on someone on Instagram may not be what’s best for YOUR face. & you absolutely do not have to do everything at once. We can prioritize, work within your budget & create a plan over time.

💋 w/ a full syringe of Restylane USA Regular Restylane! Creating a more defined border & a little more fullness while keeping the lips flatter to the face for this gorgeous client! 🤩

💉 Bruising & swelling is normal & expected for up to 2 weeks. Ice & arnica may be used to combat this. (For more tips, look for my lip filler post-care post back on my IG grid!)

👄 It can take 2-3+ weeks for filler to fully integrate w/ the lip tissue! It is very important to make time for treatments before a big event! I say 6 weeks or more so you have enough time to heal! ❤️

💕 This beautiful client is 2 weeks post-treatment with Dysport. 💉

We treated:
✅ Forehead (Frontalis)
✅ Glabella “11’s”
✅ Crow’s feet

Dysport works by relaxing specific muscles that cause expression lines… helping smooth, soften & prevent wrinkles from becoming etched in over time. 👏

💡 Remember:
– Dynamic lines = appear with movement (smiling, frowning, squinting)
– Static lines = etched in & present at rest.
Dysport helps treat dynamic lines + prevent them from becoming static! Prevention is everything! 🌟

⏰ Results typically begin showing in 3–8 days, with full results assessed at 14–21 days, & treatments are repeated every 3–4+ months for ongoing results (based on individual metabolism, can sometimes be longer with consecutive treatments).

🛑 Stop putting it off. Stop waiting for the “perfect” time. Stop telling yourself you’ll get around to taking care of YOU later.

Life is busy. We take care of everyone else, work, family, responsibilities… & somehow we’re always the easiest thing to push to the bottom of the list. 😅

🫶🏻 Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean changing yourself. Maybe it’s finally getting serious about your skincare. Maybe it’s booking the treatment you’ve been thinking about. Maybe it’s simply doing something that makes you feel GOOD.
