I would actually read their horse s**t 1000 page you know documents of the insurance companies thinking they’re gonna fu***ng trick me. I love a fu***ng challenge. I probably should’ve been a lawyer to be honest with you. That’s too fu***ng boring anyways I would read these thousand page or 2000 page. You know I called syllabus and it’s just these documents insurance companies have to confuse the s**t out of you and they do trust me and like they think that OK I need to get back to the important things that’s do that first, but the point is I love a fu***ng challenge and I would read those goddamn manual manuals they were called and then I would finally say like OK yeah I’m fu***ng page 963. I’m giving an example. Paragraph six sentence too motherfu***rs this is why you gotta pay for this medical bill. OK let’s go with the most important points first number one before Obamacare insurance companies could deny you insurance for just having pimples acne people as a fu***ng teenager and I’m not s**tting you this is I’m telling you a fu***ng truth if you don’t wanna hear it f**k off go somewhere else I don’t give a s**t and I’d like to swear so tough s**t number one insurance companies could fu***ng deny you to even give you insurance by the way for having goddamn acne that happened to us believe it or not and so we had to go through Maps MAOPS MICHIGAN ASSOCIATION of Osteopathic medicines and then what happens is that with them you know afraid and I’m gonna tell you something more importantly than my fu***ng Monique and getting an or**sm today is to get the truth out because that’s really more important than me. I’ve had a selfish person so we could not get insurance so we had to go through the doctor ASSOCIATION so for Blue Cross Blue Shield at that time we are paying $3500 a month that’s just ridiculous but we had to have it and we did but you think with that kind of money they’re gonna pay for everything. Oh f**k no this was before I’ll Obama I can’t remember that they could deny you and they did deny it repeatedly and just as bad as the auto insurances and I’ll get into that later so they could also deny you so if you’re not correct action in a no fault state this is what this is important like in Michigan and those are bunch motherfu***rs too. They’ll f**k with you but I love a challenge but they got me. They just beat me down so bad and Law changed the state that I couldn’t win so what happens is they would throw away so let’s just go back to like the beginning of practicing medicine. I noticed that patient’s bills were not getting paid if I pay my girl Cheryl my biller I’d pay a lot of money every hour so each time a $30 Office visit it would cost me double or triple to bill it because the insurance company would fu***ng deny it and I found out from one of my patients. She was a higher up at Blue Cross Blue Shield, she said to me so for instance, if you submitted a claim your doctor that you saw the doctor and they submitted a bill to the insurance company the insurance companies threw them in the fu***ng garbage so nine times out of 10 it just threw them away and so that it cost me another you know 5060 $80 again to pay Cheryl to do my bill BILLING and then they throw that one away too. They do that repeatedly and then after a few months they don’t have to pay for it. This is what the insurance company is dead before Obamacare they’ve paid fu***ng games of fu***rs now I don’t advocate violence, but I understand you know that guy that killed the CEO if I was on the jury, I’d fu***ng vote him not guilty. I’m sorry because I wanna make a fu***ng statement it was wrong what he did he should not have killed him, but the anger is really there. I actually thought it was a fu***ng hero. This is brought up and this is really his home to be recently and I’ll tell you later so with Obamacare you i but once you got Obamacare, these insurance companies could not deny you getting Insurance Insurance number one and they could not deny they couldn’t throw you off the insurance so instance before Obamacare you got one illness they say I got cancer they could throw you off even if you didn’t get cancer you got hypertension hundred percent insurance company could deny you renewal of your premium people so again that’s to the top number two number one before Obamacare they could deny giving you insurance and before Obamacare they could throw you off for one illness seriously they can’t even if you get acne as an adult they could legally legally throw you off and that when you premium the next time think about those two things alone, the power those insurance companies had oh they’re gonna fu***ng hate me and they’re probably gonna crucify me so they probably sent out a hitman for me that wouldn’t surprise me. You want to show me up I’m not fu***ng shutting up your fu***ng mothers so before Obamacare they could deny your insurance and number two they could throw you off your fu***ng insurance very importantly for any reason whatsoever and no reason and they did they did that to a lot of people including us so then the other thing is they could do. They used to be a term a limit lifetime limit remember that so for instance they could say to you The there was a lifetime limit. I think our policy was $1 million you think $1 million is a lot of money bulls**t $1 million one disease one one cancer will eat up the million dollars that means that your lifetime limit for any insurance let’s say you’re 40 years old and you get cancer OK and you eat up that $1 million guess what you’re f**ked you live to 90 years old you have no insurance anymore so before Obamacare of the lifetime limit was very important they could tell you and say OK Toula well you eat it up now you just had a car accident your auto insurance denied you so we’re we’re paying for things. Sorry $10 million happened very quickly two or three years is $1 million so you’re 43 years old now so now when you’re 67 you have no insurance anymore that’s what they could do so now with Obamacare there are no LIFE TIME limit so remember that number 12 and three fu***rs number one they could deny insurance before for any fu***ng reason before Obamacare number two before Obama off the insurance and that your policy for any fu***ng reason or no reason at all and they did in their drills they would just dump your ass if they saw you as a high risk you’re gone and then good luck getting insurance after that it ain’t gonna happen and the only reason we were able to get insurance as we had to go through the DOCTORS ASSOCIATION in Michigan and it was super expensive and it was ridiculous really and then even though when you pay for your premiums then good luck after for them paying the bills then come the fu***ng denials or even worse. They just don’t send you a denial. They just ignore you repeatedly. They ignore the doctor. They figured that you’re they’re gonna be p**sed enough that you’re just gonna forget about it that’s what happens and then so those are the key things right now and then before Obamacare there was no prescription coverage for the seniors for those on Medicare and Medicaid. What’s the difference Medicare something that entitlement Medicare something that comes out of your paycheck every week fu***rs it was when you’re 16 years old and I saw my first paycheck at Sears and I was wondering I’m making two dollars an hour and it’s like what are all these deductions and I actually looked into it. When is your federal tax? OK we all should pay but it should be a flat tax that will get into that different time number two. They have something called F**A and Medicare and then half of that is covered by your employer if an employee, I know this sounds a lot difficult but just just be with me here and then half of it you pay for it so for instance, the state it’s 12% your employer pay 6% of it and then you pay 6% I think that’s fair but what’s not fair as if you’re an independent employee and you’re not you don’t belong to you’re not employed like we are my husband then we have to pay the whole fu***ng 12% and that was over 15% that’s a lot of money and that’s not really fair to us. Where are we being punished? We own BUSINESS business we’re providing jobs. It should be one flat fee so the Medicare part is the Insurance Insurance part so when you’re older or you’re disabled, the Medicare is gonna cover the health insurance part of it and then that health insurance is only 80% of what they approved. I know this is so confusing and they do it on purpose but I know every little fu***ng secret of theirs cause I had to learn so the Medicare is the insurance portion is there for you when you’re 65 now you gotta be fu***ng 70 to keep up in the years but is there for you and you’re paying Intuit it’s invested the government supposed to invested so it makes some money so it’s there when you’re older yeah good luck gonna know straight up already cause it’s been so goddamn abused by people getting disability Social Security and especially in their rural areas are URAL they abuse that s**t out of it there they be getting Social Security disability and they be out roofing they’d be out hunting. They’d be out all kinds of stuff farming and they’re getting SSI. That’s supposed to be there for you SSI when you really need it when you really sick and then the other part of it so you have Medicare and AOA excuse me F**A and PICC is what you’re gonna get for Social Security so when you’re used to be 65 now you gotta wait till 70 or you get punished if you work so that part of it you take out of your paycheck when you’re 16 I know it was confusing right and they want confusing but I know every fu***ng secret there so F**A is gonna be your Social Security when you get it when you’re older so that’s where that and then you got your state tax and you have your City fu***ng Tax fu***ng texted us. That’s why I do believe we should’ve one flat tax to everybody. I know you fu***ng billionaires are gonna pay for it and I don’t believe in welfare at all. I don’t believe we should have your ass stay at home and I can get paid for my taxes f**k that you could work from fu***ng home unless you’re just fu***ng so bad out there. I do believe in Medicaid there’s a difference. Medicaid is an insurance policy. That covers you when you really can’t afford it so and that’s been cut. F**k you, Trump and you Republicans you guys cut that Medicaid a lot of people are getting cancer treatment. They can’t get cancer treatment because you fu***rs canceled the Obamacare subsidies and you canceled the Medicaid and I have good friends of mine that have serious health issues and I can’t see a doctor because you cut it off. You fu***ng want to cut your fu***ng dick off so why I wanna do live stream too and now I’ll be labeled domestic terrorist because of that so we’ve covered a few important parts of that Medicare Medicare does not pay for everything of your medical Medicare only pay 80% of what the insurance companies deem appropriate OK so let me give an example. Let’s say I build my $30 Office visit back then Medicare decides I’m not paying your fu***ng $30. I’m gonna pay her 10 and they do that trust me so they’re only gonna pay me eight dollars and then if I belong to Medicare, you can’t you can’t bill for the difference Dictate dictate hello OK I’m not gonna do this in every fu***ng stand. You guys did to share this information with everybody. I’m not gonna repeat it myself again so 80%. Medicare is gonna pay what they deem appropriate to the DOCTOR. Let’s go with these terms let’s go with $100 make it easy for you. I built $100. The DOCTOR Hospital Medicare thinks oh f**k no I’m not gonna pay $100. I think you only deserve 40 and they do like right now they pay my husband like four dollars for an x-ray for fu***ng dollars you can buy burger for four dollars so they decide I built $100. I’m a doctor right now. OK I built $100 to Medicare and they’re gonna pay me 80% of what they think is appropriate so they decide I’m only gonna pay 40 so I get paid the $40 now out of the 40 they’re only gonna give me 80% of it so they’re gonna give me $32 so the difference 32 is $48. You have to build a Medicare Supplement see why they make it confusing yeah but I know it all so now you you’re allowed to as as a doctor I can vote for the eight dollars to the Medicare Supplement so then I could spend my money to go bill a fu***ng eight dollars to Medicare Supplement and then you got to bed with those fu***rs so why do they have that ability to control how much it’s not fair and it’s not reasonable what they’re paying is not reasonable I’ve seen doctors visits or like surgeries. I’ve had that they build a C4 $5000 which is again too much money but instead of paying them even half they’ll pay like 500 and $400 like why is that fair that cost a lot of money to have that procedure done and Medicare decided that the hospital is only gonna get you let’s say $400 out of the 4000. You can’t build a difference by the way if you participate and you have to participate in the INSURANCE, you’re not legally allowed to Bill the patient after that they try to do it. A lot of them are sneaky but legally you can’t do it and then once you build that they only pay 80% and then you gotta go as a doctor or hospital you have now sent your builders to your Medicare Supplement, which by the way people you need to buy that yeah nobody tells you that when you get let’s say you’re 65 or 70 and you say great finally I don’t have to pay for insurance you have bulls**t. You’re gonna have to pay so they’ll give you Medicare and they’ll give you a s**tty Medicare like Medicare ADVANTAGE to lie to you. Oh no Coop no Business know that. The death of traditional medicine and the birth of assembly line Medicine back of the 80s and they’ll laughed at me. I go you laugh, but I’m telling you this is the birth of assembly line MEDICINE and it’s not gonna be good. Not good for the patient and not good for the doctors. It’s gonna cause a lot of doctors to do when I want to practice MEDICINE and who’s right in 2026 choose right a lot of doctors have left the fu***ng field altogether because it’s so disgusting. We have to do to get fu***ng paid and besides all doctors pretty much now are owned by fu***ng hospitals for greedy fu***ng corporations and they just don’t look at the patient. They look at the bottom line so now let’s go back now. HMO‘s are starting to get burst from the 80s so I started telling my patience. I got a patient coming with HMO and this is in Memphis Michigan I got paid seriously nine dollars a month for this HMO patient with that nine dollars a month. I was supposed to do everything for that patient that means that if they wanted to come in 100 fu***ng times that month I had to see them for nine dollars a month and you don’t have a choice you have to do it and that time that was half an ARMY CARE and DETROIT mark my words look him up one of them is out of business. They have still here to fu***ng sucks too Henryford f**k you. That’s all you use a s**tty insurance too so so I said so patient would come super demanding and I’m very generous. I was able to do blood work in my office in my clinic I was able to urinate test and do x-rays so I didn’t have to spend a lot of money like did you go somewhere else for these test so I was able to provide a lot of those things in my Clinic but cost money to get the little tubes the little pipe pets and stuff to the bloodwork. Those are expensive and finally I got such demanding fu***ng patience. I finally sent to them. I go do you realize that I get paid and they didn’t know I get paid nine dollars a month or 10. I think they’re also 13 with that money. I have to see you. You come here 50×2 times or no times I get paid one fee from that that month the stipend I’m supposed to take care of you, your blood work your urine your x-rays I said you know how much it cost me out-of-pocket each time you come in the office. I gotta pay my step. I gotta pay overhead and I tell him I told him you’re a fu***ng LOSS didn’t say fu***ng but each time you cut my Clinic it cost me money and I’ll never stay in business at this rate and I started telling patients that and that they also were demanding they want to go to this doctor and that doctor and I said well out of that nine dollars every time you go see a doctor I gotta pay for it not you and then if I overspend and send them to too many doctors specialist I get punished at the doctor. I have to pay it out-of-pocket by the way and it got to that point in the 90s. It was just so ridiculous and then but the worst part is, they will also refused to pay for things may give an example I was working in the Roseville clinic for PARK general and I had a lady come in with severe vaginal bleeding so and she said that her husband worked for Ford Motor Company and that she got a Hfh half INSURANCE HAP should have INSURANCE not half fu***ng Siri HAP and that came through working for the FORD Chris Ford Plant the factories they made people go on stupid app at the time HAP hap told her they don’t have an appointment for this lady with Scaff full-blown cancer there’s no appointment available for 6mo and I told her she doesn’t have 6mo to live. She’s got like maybe a few weeks she needs to get kind of couch and couch just like stat and they said oh she’s not legally our patient so we’re not even responsible so until she comes for the first day to see us they’re not responsible even though her husband is forced from HENRY FORD the Factory to take this Insurance Insurance this is what they said to her and my heart just synced. I knew that was not a good sign. For smear I did a Pap smear for her and I paid for it myself on my own money and I knew it was gonna be bad news and it was. It was horrible news s**t and then I went on the phone every day my own time 456 hours I’d be on the phone waiting for half agent trying to get her into a Gynecologist psychologist you know because this is not affordable even for DOCTORS to go now they go get surgery get radiation chemo we’re talking back then in the hundreds of thousands of dollars they don’t have the money for the Factory and I spent Weeks Weeks and I do believe if I remember correctly she did not make it because I just sent her to a Gynecologist at Mount Clement general but again their hands are tied right in. She didn’t qualify for Medicaid. This is where that’s important if your income is low enough and you C that should subsidize that that means that they’re gonna cover your medical care yeah we’re gonna be s**t to the doctors, but who gives a s**t. The patient at least has something better than nothing. She didn’t qualify for that either. I never did hear back from them, but I knew that it was bad news and she wasn’t gonna make it things like that bother me years later again insurance companies so now when I’m practicing in Memphis, I start telling the patient’s the truth about HMO‘s. I get called down to the corporate office offices of Omni care and have in DETROIT and I’m told if I continue telling patients the truth that I will be, they will make me not able to build Medicare or Blue Cross or any of those big Insurance Insurance. In fact they will take my ability away from me to bill for all those insurances now if you can’t bill for those Maine insurance is like Medicare and Blue Cross then you’re out of luck your family practice you’re not gonna practice MEDICINE anymore so they told me they threatened me. You keep telling patients the truth and then we’re gonna make it. You aren’t able to bill the insurances anymore and then your livelihood is gone and I remember that and I said to my husband at that time ago, didn’t I tell you 10 fu***ng years ago that this is gonna be assembly line medicine and even worse and it really just and then another thing I did that was illegal and I’m gonna say it I don’t give a s**t patience to Ted. No coverage for older. Patient seniors they had no prescription coverage. Obamacare provides prescription coverage and Biden did a good thing. They made it even better for you. F**kers who got benefits from the Republican Trump lied that it was him. No it was fu***ng Biden they gave you. All insurance were $2000 out-of-pocket maximum for Medicare by the way it was not fu***ng trouble with the REPUBLICANS. It was it was Biden and that was important too because it limits to out-of-pocket expenses per year another thing Obamacare gave you they gave you prescription coverage you motherfu***rs Obamacare also gave you preventative medicine never had preventative medicine before either a pace gave you a treatment for mental health or alcohol drug rehab rehab. Obamacare gave you those before Obamacare you didn’t have that. i’m just gonna summarize a few things that I’m starting to get one of those horrible headaches I’m getting and they get really bad and then I get vision changes double trouble vision and then I go unconscious for hours. Well, it has not been managed correctly obviously and it so Medicare is pretty much out of money and I don’t know what we’re gonna do. It was mismanaged to begin with and then people are living longer. Medicare was meant for people that died most people died in their 60s maybe 70 people live out to the 90s hundred Medicare was never meant to cover you for that many years. It’s just unsustainable really with the cost of medication and cost of healthcare and then but Medicare would only only gonna cover this and it gets confusing but just listen here it’s only gonna cover 80% of what they do appropriate so give an example Hospital or Doctor builds you $100 for their visit. OK out of there Medicare supposed to pay 80% of it right and then you have to buy a separate Insurance Insurance for Medicare Supplement is called. Skip that for right now so the main one Hospital coverage ANB Medicare, which is Hospital in office visit STUFF so I did that hundred they’re supposed to pay 80 but they don’t they pay what they deem appropriate and they make it worse and worse I think now they pay like 20 $30 so all of a sudden you get paid 20 they’re gonna pay 20 and then you can’t build them as a doctor to the patient if you’re participant so who loses you as a doctor of the hospital loses cause it’s very expensive no take care of the patient so but they don’t pay you like it was reasonable reasonable maybe give me 80 maybe pay me 60 but no they have to lowball you and they pay it maybe 20 if you’re lucky zone then nobody tells you this but you need to get a Medicare Supplement I had a friend who got colon cancer and they didn’t know they got Medicare and they had it covered everything and then he got colon cancer. It was a rude awakening because he found out that I mean very quickly hit over half $1 million a debt just from the co-pays part of it and then you can’t get you can’t get insurance after that unless you go on welfare, which is Medicaid getting welfare money to sit at home and do my nails and I could do my braids and weaves you know go hunting fishing, which is what happens by the way most of those people in SSI Social Security disability are fraud.
