This 9-week program is designed specifically for patients who have completed cancer treatment and for the caregivers who supported them along the way. This program offers guidance, education, and resources to help you navigate life after treatment with confidence. From exercise to nutrition and emotional support, we've got you!

📅 The program starts on Thursday, July 9, and will be held weekly, every Thursday through September 3.
