I told everyone about you, son.

Anyone who would listen…
and even those who wouldn’t.

Not because I was trying to impress them—
but because loving you
was something I couldn’t keep quiet.

You were the kind of person
people felt lucky to know…
and I was the one who got to call you mine.

Every little thing you did,
every step you took,
every person you became—
I carried it with pride.

I still do.

Because losing you
didn’t take that away from me.

If anything…
it made me hold onto it even tighter.

I was proud of you every single day.

And I still am.
In ways words will never fully explain.

That hasn’t changed.
Not even a little.

Every one of us had the most amazing child. We were very blessed with a one of a kind daughter or son. We miss them, oh how we miss them. Our children brought sunshine to our hearts.

There are those that think inhaling is a "safe" way to get a quick high, but it can be so much more!
From the attached article, "Inhalant abuse can also cause death by asphyxiation..." This is the cause of death listed on Matt's death certificate. 💔
